A series of Patchwork Tote Bags I've made over the years. The first one was the Charles Bridge image, way back in 2014. Each bag was made with scraps of material, with each side of the bag being different...giving choice to what side I preferred. My favourite is the one featured with the dog chasing the dragon-fly. Crystal Tree of Life Sun-Catcher How to make: Using strong wire, make a wire circle or use an old metal bracelet, I've done both, and prefer using the old bracelet, its ready made, strong and is great for the job. A softer, finer wire to make up the tree-trunk, twisting it around to add thickness, separate the wires to create the branches, add crystals to each of the branches. BBC River City My favourite mosaic commission to date was a commission to create a set of 6 mosaics featuring ships for the BBC Scotland soap drama River City. I first had to create one as a sample before getting the go-ahead. Once this was done and accepted, I had a very tight deadline to producing the other 6.
